  • Is the ID I pick mine forever?

    You bet! Once you claim your ID, it's yours until you decide to change it. If you change your ID, you will not lose any of your existing connections.

  • How can I find people to connect with in the app?

    There are a few ways you can find someone you're looking for: 1) Search by first and last name: Tap the magnifying glass from the contacts list view and search for your contact by their First and Last Name, 2)  Search by ID: Tap the + icon located on the upper right hand corner of the contacts screen. This will bring you to the Add screen. From here tap “by ID”.

  • How do I add more information to my card?

    Open the main menu > Tap on the Edit button.  At this point, you'll be at the "My Info" screen, whre you can populate your profiles with all of your information. You can add as much, or little, information as youd like, and can always add more later. By default, each piece of information will be included in your main profile, as well as your personal and business profiles. Tap the arrow on the row label to open a drop down menu where you can toggle profiles to include the info in on/off.

  • How do I make an introduction?

    Open the card of anyone you're connected to in Atmospheir. In the top right hand corner of their card, find the "Make Intro" icon. Tap the icon and you'll be presented with a list of your connections. Tap "Make Intro" in the row of any other connection to introduce the two people.
