When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Irrespective of which country you reside in or supply information from, you authorize Atmospheir to use your information in the United States and any other country where Atmospheir operates.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, fully accept, and will abide by this Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use:
We collect and use your information in order to provide our Services and continuously improve them over time.
Information Collected Upon Registration: When you create or reconfigure an Atmospheir account, you provide some personal information, which includes your Atmospheir ID, password and email address. Your Atmospheir ID is the only piece of information that is publically searchable on our service; your first name, last name and company are displayed to any users who are able to locate you via successfully searching for your Atmospheir ID.
Additional Information: You may provide us with additional information by populating it in your profile(s). The additional information you provide is only made available to users you connect with across our service. We may use certain pieces of your information to help improve our Services. We may also use certain pieces of your information to send you information about our Services and market our Services to you (referred to herein as “Service Notifications”). You may send us an email to unsubscribe from Service Notifications from Atmospheir. You may also unsubscribe to Service Notifications by following the instructions found in the emails containing the Service Notifications or by following the instructions on our website. If you email us, we may keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request. Providing the additional information described in this section is entirely optional.
Links: Atmospheir may keep track of how you interact with links across our Services, such as email notifications and third-party websites, by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our Services and generate Service Notifications which can include aggregate statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked. Device Identifiers: When you use a mobile device to access our service, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more “device identifiers.” A device identifier may be data stored in connection with the device hardware, data stored in connection with the device’s operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by Atmospheir.
Metadata: Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with User Content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of user content was collected and how that content is formatted. Users can add or may have Metadata added to their user content such as a tag. Atmospheir collects your Metadata in order to provide our Services, and to measure, customize, and improve them.
How We Use Your Information
In addition to the specific uses describe in this Privacy Policy, we may also use information we receive to:
- Help you efficiently access your information after you sign in
- Remember information so you will not have to re-enter it the next time you use Atmospheir.
- Provide personalized content and information to you and others, which could include Service recommendations or aggregate usage statistics
- Provide, Improve, test, and monitor the use and effectiveness of our Services
- Develop and test new products and features
- Monitor metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns

Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not disclose your private information expect in the limited circumstances listed below:
Your Consent: We may share or disclose your information at your direction, such as when you authorize a third-party web client or application to access your Atmospheir account.
Service Providers: We engage third parties to perform functions and provide services to us. We may share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services, and only pursuant to specifications the protections detailed in this privacy policy.
Law and Harm: We may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Atmospheir’s rights or property.
Business Transfers: In the event that Atmospheir is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.
Non-Private or Non-Personal Information: We may share or disclose your non- private, aggregated or otherwise non-personal information, such as your public facing profile (Atmospheir ID, and name attached to it when successfully searched) or the number of users who clicked on a particular link (even if only one did).
Modifying Your Personal Information: If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools to access or modify the personal information you provided to us, and fellow users, that is associated with your account.
Account Deletion: You can delete your Atmospheir account by following the instructions on our website or by emailing us [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, we will deactivate your account. For up to 30 days after deactivation, it is still possible to restore your account, however, after 30 days we begin the process of deleting your account from our systems. Even if you elect to delete your account, we may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce our terms and conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Service or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. Due to the complexities of the technology involved, we cannot guarantee total or irrevocable deletion of your account information, and we cannot provide you with any specific timelines for deletion although we will always strive to meet you deletion requests in a timely and professional manner.
Our Policy Towards Children: Our Services are not directed to users under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at [email protected]. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and if we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account immediately.
Other Websites and Services
We are not responsible for the practices of any websites or services linked to or from Atmospheir, including the information or content contained within them. Please remember that when you use a link to access another website or service from our Service, our Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link in our Application, are subject to that third party’s own rules and policies. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible and do not have control over any third- parties that you authorize to access your content. If you are using a third-party website or service and you allow them to access your content you are doing so at your own risk.
Third Party Account Information: Atmospheir allows users to create accounts on our service using Third Party Websites and invite friends to use our Service from Third Party Websites. In order to connect your account on Atmospheir to your accounts on those services (“Third Party Accounts”), you will need to provide your login credential. If you provide us with your Third Party Account credentials, you understand that content and information in those accounts may be transmitted into your Atmospheir account, and that Third Party Account information transmitted to our Website is covered by this Privacy Policy. We don’t actually store your passwords for those Third Party Accounts. Instead, we just use an authentication token to verify your user name.
